To create an account on E-logica, you need to click on My Account enter your mail id and password then proceed to register and “Your Account will be Created”

You can simply login with your registered Email id and Password.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on your registered e-mail id after you successfully place your order. In case you don’t receive the e-mail, then you may confirm your order by writing your order tracking number on the chat box and we shall revert back.

 You can also track your order on ‘My Orders’ section on your E-logica account.

You may check your order status by clicking “Track Order” on the Orders Page

The courier service delivering your order usually delivers on the next business day if you miss a delivery.

You may also leave a notification on the chat box with special instruction.

To cancel your order – Go to the Chat box and leave a request for Order cancelation along with order id  

Cancellation is not allowed if the order has already been shipped.

We support the following payment options at E-logica.

    Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)

    Credit Card

    Debit Card

    Net banking

The Cash on Delivery option is applicable on selected Pin codes and on products up to the price range of ₹24,999/-

Please enter your Pin code on the product page to check if COD is available at your location

You can choose to pay on E-logica with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

EMI option can be available directly from the bank on your Credit Card.

  • You may request to cancel a product you buy on the portal before its shipment. Please refer to our Returns and Cancellation policy page to understand further.
  • Order delivered to customer is not applicable for cancellation

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe/Paytm wallet balance, then refund will be instant post order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account by contacting PhonePe  /Paytmcustomer support team.
