E-Commerce Executive Sales Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. As an E-commerce Executive sale for (IT and Mobiles), you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce website, optimize operational processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment on the website i.e. Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to e-commerce operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability on the website.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Woo-Commerce.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment processes.
